RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Returns and refunds are available within 7 days of delivery. The customer must pay the return shipping and product must arrive back to the studio in its orginal condition. Custom commission pieces are non- refundable. If a piece is damaged during shipping, it will be covered by insurance and can be recreated as close to the original if preferred. The piece will need to be returned to our studio immediately to file the claim.
